Supporting the Conservative values
I am a strong believer in traditional Conservative values including:

protecting personal freedoms by ensuring individual rights, personal responsibility and social justice.

promoting free enterprise and industry through low taxes alongside minimal government intervention and legislation.

upholding tradition by protecting the uncodified British constitution, institutional stability and cultural heritage.

maintaining National Security through a strong military presence, robust policies and increased defence spending.
Supporting the current UK Conservative Party campaigns
I fully support the current UK Conservative Party campaigns which aim to wind back state intervention, cut public spending and enforce national sovereignty. The proposed measures include:

restricting welfare access, downsizing the civil service and cutting the overseas aid budget

ensuring government spending is split between deficit reduction and economic growth initiatives such as abolishing Stamp Duty or slashing green subsidies and net-zero schemes to lower domestic power bills

protecting our borders and legal independence by exiting the ECHR and enacting a ban on asylum claims for illegal entrants

prioritising visible local law enforcement over online monitoring with extra police officers and a crack down on anti-social behaviour
For me, each of these fully costed proposed measures offers a proactive back-to-basics approach to governance which I fully support. They have the potential to bring back a fairer and more equitable society for everone.
Personal priorities
Business
I am passionate about supporting local business and getting young people into employment. I know that local infrastructure and the correct level of business rates are crucial to survival and growth of business so I will fight for both. By supporting what we have locally we can be stronger as a community.
Education
Having had periods of education in both the state and private sectors, I know the benefits of each. I am a strong believer that all children should receive the best education possible and that no child should leave school without being able to read or write. I will look to ensure that schools have the support they need to deliver the best they can and that failing schools are given the support that they need to improve.
Healthcare
Having relied on the NHS to take care of my dad through bouts of cancer and mum with heart issues, I know first hand recognises the importance of the health service that we have. I am keen to see us educating and attracting the best healthcare professionals and delivering the highest quality care, in the right way.
